Sessions are light and fun and last from 1-2 hours. My goal in each shoot is for you to be comfortable and have fun. For family shoots, If YOU are relaxed, your children will be relaxed. Wear something fun that you feel beautiful in. Don't worry as much about color as how you feel. And I believe that your children should wear something you'd like to remember them in, maybe a favorite pair of overalls or a special pair of pink boots! My style is about energy and freedom, not about stiff smiles and formulated portrait set ups. I want to capture you and your family as you are. Embrace the imperfections! That's what life is all about!
I shoot on weekday mornings from 9-12 and on weekends from 9-11am and 4-6pm. Travel time is included in your session and there is no extra charge for multiple family members. The more the merrier! I like having an assortment of inside and outside shots and have a great list of beautiful Austin locations. You can also search my Archives to find beautiful locations that might appeal to you. Or let's be adventurous and try a new spot or notion. I'm open to new ideas!
